Shipping & Returns Policy
Our dispatch is next working day, on a next day delivery service with TNT/FedEx. This usually means delivery is 1-3 working days depending on when you order.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to contain the order number or proof of purchase. You would also need to return any free items that came with the product.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped we will do so and refund you in full. Please note we usually ship items the next working day.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We will issue your refund immediately but the credit may take a number of days depending on your card issuer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
If the goods are being returned due to a fault, we will carry out an inspection upon receipt. If we deem the goods to be faulty your return postage fees will not be deducted from your refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
